When I first learnt the Hormonal Balance for Women Bone Breathing Qi Gong practice, I had very little consciousness of my bones, I held a deep fear and resistance to connecting with them, and little understanding of why it would be so important to do so.
But as I committed to a daily practice, my bones quickly started to ‘come alive’ for me, and I started to understand how they are like a tuning fork for my whole body, wow!
The practice left me feeling far more relaxed, grounded, and present in my life.
My hormonal system also responded very quickly – within a month, I had my first pain-free period in as long as I could remember, and even now, nearly 18 months later, the debilitating pain that I experienced for so long in my left ovary has not returned – this alone has been lifechanging!
