The Inner Smile and 6 Healing Sounds practice are foundational in Taoist Inner Alchemy.
It has been my experience that not many teachings explain these foundational practices in the context of Taoist Creation Cosmology

All challenges in our worldly and spiritual life are related to these 5 phases which become the 12 meridians of your functioning personality.
These 12 meridians are what a Chinese doctor will check when he consults with you.
With this practce you will save so much money that you will not need to spend on doctors and supplements, etc, exspecially as you age. Taoist practices are truly longevity practices.

- I do not want to be a teacher can I still attend. Yes absolutely, these practices are very healing, self-empowering, and grounded and you will be able to discover a lot about your inner psychology.
CERTIFICATION Q&A
Very simply, after you take the training you practice daily for at least 4 weeks or until you have a firm breakthrough in your own life. You can then reach out to Andrew and he will send you a small written exam. After the successful exam completion, there is a small in-person interview process with Andrew,
After the interview, the certificate is issued with The Wu Ji School of Internal Alchemy and you will be listed on the international web site as a certified teacher.
When SOFT is launched globally some time in 2024 you will also be automatically certified with that worldwide organization as well
